Things about the Arizona Coyotes and the NHL that crossed my mind this past week –
Some of the things that rattled through my head about the NHL and our Arizona Coyotes this past week.
1. Arizona Coyotes season tickets are in the mail. 😀
2. L.A. Kings at Coyotes on Sept. 22 is approaching fast! I’m looking forward to seeing the prospects.
3. Every training camp has a surprise. Who will be the surprise in the Yotes camp this year?
4. OEL bobblehead night is Nov. 8 vs NYI (first 5000)
5. I’m debating on whether AHT should do a podcast on the Coyotes, hockey in AZ and the NHL. Thoughts?
6. I wonder if every NHL fan-base think they have the best prospects?
7. Are you prepared for your hockey “Fantasy Drafts and Fantasy Pools”?
8. After all the “bad” news coming out of the NFL lately I’m glad the NHL has great people in their game!
9. Who is your favorite hockey media personality? TV, radio, print or web? Tyson, Matt, Heater, Todd, Sarah, Craig? …. Mitch 😆
10. Brendan Perlini … (see question #3)
Some of these questions are serious, some are just tongue in cheek and some are me just being a _________. (you fill in the blank)
If you have any thoughts on any of these questions please let me know. I am a curious person by nature and I need answers. Thanks, Mitch Use the “Comment Section” below.

The most important statistic this year will be provided by us the fan.
The most important games are the Tuesday/Thursday games versus American teams.
If you have one of those 10 game vouchers and you want to do something very valuable for the Coyotes, choose to attend one of those games .
That’s where attendance average could potentially suffer most AND where a fan wanting to actively help the team can contribute the most.
It’s a good feeling in a way that we as fans know , no matter where our seats are or how insignificant we feel as fans can know we count so much.
We win in the attendance wars this year it’ll never be a factor again in the future and I won’t have to obsess over the unoccupied little blue dots signifying unoccupied seats on ticketmaster.
I couldn’t agree more RL ……. the weekday games need to be better attended …. I can’t help thinking a 7:30 start time would help … the fans in the East Valley need time to get across town after work.
